Option 1: Home Consultation
I will visit your home, take photos and will spend 1-3 hours preparing a written analysis. I will be assessing what Staging needs should be implemented. I will then prepare a proposal with written and pictorial suggestions for preparing your home for sale. Also included are pictures of your "for sale" competition within a 1 mile range. At the end of the consultation, you will receive information on how to address each room of your home so it shows to its best potential.

* This option is best suited for those who would enjoy taking on the responsibilities of Staging themselves.
Investment: Starts at $250 on up depending on size of home

Option 2: Budget Conscious Staging
Feeling the squeeze of the economy? Everyone can afford to stage their home! Help your potential clients want to walk through your house with showcasing a light vignette staging throughout your home. I will lightly stage with accessories in 3-5 areas of your home.

*This option is best suited for vacant homes.
Investment: $500

Option 3strong>: Staging on Site
I will personally Stage your home with your furnishing and decor, available on site.

* This option is best suited for homes that will be lived in while on the market.
Investment: Free estimate for your project before I start.

Option 4: Staging with Stage To Perfection (STP) Accessories
I will Stage with all or a portion of rental decorative accessories provided by Stage to Perfection.

* This option is best suited for homes that will be lived in while on the market and need additionally decor to showcase the house.
Investment: Free estimate on your project before I start.

Option 5: Staging with STP Accessories and Furniture Rental I will Stage with large scale furniture from a furniture rental company, as well as decorative rental accessories provided by Stage to Perfection.

* This option is best suited for vacant homes.

Ideal for a final "tune up" after home seller has completed the do it yourself (DIY) action plan. The focus is on creating "emotional connection" points in order to market the home to its fullest potential. I will come in and give your home the final "model home"look.

Investment: Starts at $200 on up depending on the size of your home.
